    Apply Here

This is for 1:1 Virtual Programming, Gait Analysis (1 Video) or full Movement Analysis (6-8 videos)

  • Can I use insurance to pay for my treatment?

Yes and No. We are out-of-network with insurance companies. This means that you are responsible for payment for physical therapy services. This allows us to work together without restrictions from third party payers to give you the best possible care and help you reach your goals more efficiently. We provide an invoice (superbill) that can you submit independently to your insurance.

  • Do I need a prescription from my physician?

No. In the state of Missouri, patient do not need a prescription to see a physical therapist for the initial evaluation.

For wellness and preventative programs, no prescription is required as long as the patient is pain-free

  • What form of payment do you accept?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, HSA, FSA, venmo and check

  • Why use a direct-pay business model?

You will receive one-on-one individualized care that is specifically tailored to your goals. We provide a valuable opportunity to improve your quality of life by treating your injuries but also diving into what impact your injuries have had on your life. We work with you on how to overcome these injuries and return to the activities you love with confidence

  • How many visits will I need?

This is different for every body and every injury. For more acute injuries, 6 visits have drastically helped our patients improve and “get them out of pain”. Patients with chronic injuries or wanting to “stay out of pain” will likely need 10-15 visits. Since all sessions are one-on-one, patients are able to make progress quicker with more individualized attention

  • What should I expect from the first session?

The in- person initial evaluation is typically 60 minutes where we discuss the injury and goals, assess movement and symptoms modification, provide treatment and initiate a home exercise program. Please bring shorts, t-shirt and athletic shoes.

  • Will you collaborate with my MD/personal trainer/chiro/coach/trainer?

We believe in you as a person first! This means that with clear communication and teamwork, we have found that working closely with each professional has allowed for seamless transitions and optimal results.
